Airport Security

The Santa Barbara Airport is committed to providing safe and secure facilities for accessing the National Air Transportation System. The Airport continues to work closely with the U.S. federal government including the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration) to implement enhanced security measures.

Vehicles are allowed to stop for a few minutes at the Airline Terminal front curb for loading and unloading purposes; a driver must be in attendance at all times. Travelers wishing to park in the Short and Long Term Parking Lots at the Airline Terminal have unhindered convenient access.
